Medidas del ROI

En DMReview comentan los distintas metricas con que podemos medir el impacto en el negocio de las inversiones en sistemas en cada una de diferentes categorías. Los resultados los han obtenido preguntando a sus lectores:

Muy buen dato, muchas veces el ambito de los beneficios y del retorno de los proyectos TI queda en la teoria.
